Slant vs v8 z bar

Does anyone have pics of the 2 side by side? Do i have to shorten or lengthen the slant 6 z bar to work?

Please elaborate.
Is this an early A, or '67 and later A?
Small block or big block?
9 1/2, 10 1/2 or 11" bellhousing?
They're all different.

My 72 Duster was a slant six with three speed. I converted it to a 360 and 4 speed. The V8 is wider so I cut something like 3/4” off the hollow tube of the torque shaft to fit.

Sorry, i am at work that was a really bland question, its going in a 71 duster, original slant 6 car, has a 73+ v8 k frame now will have a small block as well 10.5" bell.

Yup, have to cut some of the frame rail side. 3/4 to an inch..
