Small block Iron head weight

Anyone know what a 360 iron head weighs? I am curious how much weight will be saved by switching to aluminum.

Going Aluminum you will knock off about 50lbs on the pair.

This is a good rule of thumb that I use..

Iron=heavy
Aluminum=light

Works for me but YMMV.

I've shipped some stock iron heads with vaves+springs and shipping weight is around 53-55lb's. so taking away packing material I'd say 48-50 lb"s each.
