Didn’t run long at all, drained the oil very little metal. Still had 60 psi compression, but was getting the exhaust out of carb

Cool. I talked with Trevor from blue print and ordered the BPC4085CTCD. That’s the correct replacement for the 360

Purple 509 cam with 10-40. I purchased the motor with 900 miles and swapped it for a running but tired 360. Im thinking it didn’t get broken in correctly by the previous owner.

I’ve seen plenty of toasted cams thru the years, but something I don’t recall seeing in years gone by is....... the lifters having chunks missing from the bottom of them.

Geez, I've got a set of new Comp Cams lifters and cam dated 2014........Good or sheite?
Should be fine.... I have 2016 comp cam. All is well. 3,000 miles
