Small bolt pattern wheel spacers

Looking for a pair of wheel spacers for my Duster 4 lug pattern not 4.5 and 1/8 or so thickness any ideas?? Appreciate!

If you're just using 1/8" thick spacers you should be able to use spacers for a 5x100 mm pattern. I wouldn't use rims with that pattern, but the spacers should work just fine as the lug holes will be oversized enough to make up for the minor difference in the pattern.
 
Just can find a universal one in that size they dont have 1/8 but 5mm which is a tiny bit thicker kinda between 1/8 and 1/4
