I'm looking for two 5x4 bolt to 5x4.5 bolt wheel adapters for a 72 Demon. 1" thick or less is preferred.

Please do not use the old style cast adapters. If and when they come loose, your car and possibly your body will likely be damaged. Get the new style billet adapters, if you can find some.
 
I have some I just took off. Purchased them on ebay. I think it would cost almost as much to ship them to you as for you to buy a set on ebay. Just make sure whichever ones you buy don't advertise as fitting 5x4/5x100mm.
