I rebuilt a K-52 trans for a friend's father. It goes in a Kaiser, and is a four speed automatic.
I got a call today, car runs great, except the trans shifts to fourth almost immediately. "I'm not sure what could be wrong.... oh, so you didn't hook up the throttle pressure linkage... yup, that's whats wrong."
Turns out he broke the linkage when the trans rolled around in the truck on the way home from the house. From the description, it the shaft, not just the lever. So if any of you know of a K-52 trans that might offer spare parts, let me know.
