Yes, Flood Penetrol did smooth out brush marks. It also made it brush on and spread easier. I will use it again, but next time I'll use more of it, maybe 30 or 40%.
 
This van took us to Drummond Island, Mi and back like nobody's business. It was a absolute blast to drive, and averaged 14 mpg LOL. I will pull the heads next Spring and freshen them up. Maybe gain a tad of power and 1 mpg ??? :D Anyways, we really like it!
