Looks like a 70 moredoor Belvedere, to me. Plus not sure how there can NOT be a "speck of rust" with no rear window or door windows and open to the snow, rain, etc..............

1969 Plymouth sport satellite

1969 Plymouth sport satellite - $4500 (Rose lake)

1969 Plymouth sport satalite 4 door.1 owner car. Not a single speck of rust or Bondo on this car. All original, uncut. Body VERY straight. All original trim, hubcaps, glass, dash, seats there and incredibly straight. All quarter pannels, front clip, ect in mint condition. 318 with automatic runs great. This is a prime builder car, or donor car for a similar molar car build. You do not see them as straight and original ad this. Call Mike

It is a 1970 Sport Satellite, but it may have been made during the part of the 1970 model year in calendar year 1969. (Aug 1, 1969 through Dec. 31, 1969)

Mine was built in '69.

The seller is way too optimistic on his price for a car in this condition though.

Somewhere around 3000 total for 1970.

Around 2300 of those were 318s with automatic transmissions like this one.

The scarce ones are the 383 cars & the scarcest are the 383 4-barrels with the manual 3 or 4 speed transmissions.

If you look close, it also has the optional Speed Control & 6-way driver seat.

It was a dealer demonstrator car, so it is loaded with options & one of 2 that I have seen (so far) with the Gator top.

You are saying that a 4 door can be a sport? I thought they had to be a 2 dr

Any chance on #'s information for a 68 super bee 383/AT K5?

If a number percentage was kept for those, the K5 paint percentage would include other types of the same base model, not just the Super Bees.

So no.......

You can not combine options like paint & come up with a real number for how many like it were 'made'.

Would the 383-4 with the 3 speed in a 4 door have a floor shift like a road runner or would it be column mounted?

On the column was standard for some, on the floor was standard in the B-bodies with the 383-4 barrel though sales code D13. See the page at http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/DealershipDataBook/1970/70_Belevedere0011.jpg

My 1970 Valiant 4-door has D13. (extra cost option with Valiant sedan) Super fun car to drive with the 318 & 3.23 gear. :)

383-2

4 door with factory buckets.

That's cool.

Here's the '69 and it's a Satellite . . .

This is the original condition car that everyone wants to find. Unfortunately you have to be in the right place at the right time, have all of your ducks in a row and be ready to pull the trigger. And be very, very Lucky. I was the first one to get to this car when it came up for sale from the original owners of 50 years.

Beg, borrow or steal had to make this one happen. Fortunately Ma Mopar was shinning down on me that day.

You can hardly imagine . . . Just Awesome
