When I was a jr in hs, my bro in law had one and took me for a spin in the canyon country around Monterey Ca.
I was hooked for life! LOL!!

Never had one or been in one since, but still like them!

I had a chance to buy a '63 split-window in 1977 for $8,000 and I passed. They're worth way more now. If I knew then what I know now...

The next door neighbor ,(1977) had a Marina Blue 327 F.I 375/327 split window. His wife would go to start it, never could get it to start. The conversation between husband and wife always ended with cuss words.(lol)
