What size is the ball joint's on a early a body,It is a 63 valiant with the slant 6 need to buy a socket for them and i don't know what size they are, they list 2 diff. one's 1-59/64 and the other 2-9/64.THANK'S for any help
 
I don't believe anyone makes the 1 3/4" any more.
 
Used to sell them all the time in MOOG, back in the day.
 
There are many different sizes, I have three sizes, only one works for the a-bodies...

That's a good site for tools, I'm not sure that 1 59/84 is for the small ball joints though, I measured mine and it comes in at 1.798 with the mic and the one listed on tool topia is 1.922.

But for the price their asking you can't go wrong, let us know how it fits.
 
I saw a guy on here got a 12PT 1 3/4 socket and ground down 4 of the Points inside. Worth a shot, buy a cheap china one at the Hardware store.
