So I was going through a box of parts I have last night, and I found a pair of solid steel motor mounts. Not the brackets that bolt to the motor, but the mounts that would normally be rubber sandwiched between 2 steel plates with the offset studs. Does anyone use those? Should I put them up for sale or toss em in the dumpster? Just wondering. Thanks

They look an awful lot like these: Moroso Solid Steel Motor Mounts

those are mostly for drag racing... - dollars to donuts - post 'em up for 1/2 price and they'll be gone in an hour

I use one on the driver side only, no more torn mounts & the original on the passenger side still gives it some cushion.

Its all I ever use. Use them on both sides and forget them. The car will even drive better with them.

Thats just one of the problems with the 73 and later K menmbers. Those idiotic style engine mounts are stupid and worthless. There a no solid mounts available for those.

Use them and dont look back.
