Three 12 hour shifts a week. Mon/Tue/Wed off Thurs-Sun and excellent free health insurance.

Being a father to my son's when they need me, and a husband when she needs one.
enjoying life one day at a time watching my grandchildren grow up while living on the two acres of wood land I built my small retirement home on.
Knowing my wife will never have a house or land payment.
Giving my family the things I did not have growing up
Now it's time for me to enjoy a child hood "I have been told" one step at a time 8) I like walking around pool tables or taking my Bud "1 year old Boxer" for a walk and watch over the folks around me and looking at Victoria outside in her nest makes me feel I have made my day complete.

I like my job most of the time because I have yall to share it with :happy10:

doing something for a customer that the customer never thought was possible, working with and doing all kinds of manufacturing and development with a mandrel tube bender capable of anything from 1½" to 3"stainless steel. welding is alot of fun also, but making a customer happy is the best part of it!

being outside, operating equipment, coordinating people to get a lot of work done, being very busy, using new equipment to operate quicker and more efficiently, doing a good job, getting jobs done, there's just a few things.

I'm a mailman so,
I love the holidays, the bennies, the pay is good, I have a ton of vacation time every year, I have a route in a nice town and I pretty much am on my own all day.
If management weren't such A-holes it would be a perfect job.

Designing, building, and testing various cooling system components for an amazingly huge spectrum of vehicles, everything from motorcycles to millitary vehicles. Can't wait until I go full time in June once I graduate with my Mechanical Engineering degree, or until I see the first part I've designed on my own on a $250,000 sports car in 2012...

The one thing I like most,is the fact that by March first (hopefully early January) I WILL BE RETIRED !!!:cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:

zip zero zilch nada nothing drawing a blank
O.K. what I REALLY like is that I am left alone most of the day

I like be able to get big refunds for clients. I still hate, even after 34 yrs in the income tax business, when someone owes a lot and can't afford it.
Stan

I'm on a 44hr a week salary, but if I can get my job done in less time each day, I get to go home so most weeks I only work about 36hrs.

I get to built 747s. That was my dream job since I was 12 years old and for some reason Boeing thought I would be good enough to get paid to do it, and paid well. :toothy10:

I drive a semi. Doing it for over 30 years. I get to meet lots of folks but mostly I get some interesting pictures along the way. Check some of these out!!
1st pic is my semi under the wing of a Boeing 777, that wing is over the top of my truck and sticking out past the left side of the truck.
2nd pic is of a sign in Elkhart In. Can these people spell???
3rd pic you gotta look close at. That IS a Harley with training wheels!!
4th pic was a barn at some farm in Illinois. I think the message is clear and needs no explaining!
