Sonic Tester

Hi , I am looking for a reasonably priced sonic tester that can be used on cylinderwalls . have any of you people found and used one that works well that dosent cost thousands of dollars .

No. The cheap ones are not good or dependable. I've had my Dakota Ultrasonic for more than 10 years now - excellent, certified, and easy to calibrate. I think with the transducers it was $1500? Been a while...

Ok thanks . I guess i have to pay up . It could also be possible to earn a buck or two testing peoples blocks and heads .
