OMG, that is what I was going to say. It's up there with a fried bologna sandwich. Toast the bread, and add some cheese and egg, and you've got a great breakfast sandwich.

I'll try it. That is close to what I do. I love BLTs on toast. You should try an SLT. Thinly sliced fried Spam, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on toast. Yummy!

I got to be friends with a B-17 pilot in the 8th Air Force. He told me they had Spam and powdered eggs almost every day. He said-God, I hate Spam!!
 
Once again I'm inspired - it's Spam, eggs, and hash browns for breakfast today! :):):)
 
It's been a while since this worthy thread came up to the top - what's new in your Spam world?
 
I haven't had spam in 30 years, maybe it's time.
