Spare tire question for 69 Dart

I'm presently wrestling with trying to figure out a solution for a spare tire/rim I can use front / rear and fits in tire well. This car has 18" x 8 " wide rims front , 19" x 10 " rear with ECI brake kit on the front . So far all I can find that will fit front/ rear wheels and fit in the spare tire well is a spare tire donut from 05 - 015 mustang 145/70r17 . Anyone with any ideas or thoughts?

if it is 5 on 4.5 anything that fits will do. I would get the smallest donut spare I could find. Why trouble yourself with the extra weight, just make sure it clears the brakes.

I used to carry a 17" spare from a '07/08 Infiniti G35. Fits in the well, clears my DoctorDiff 13" cobra style brake kit in the front too. I think it has a 145/80/17 on it (~26" tall), not sure if you have a sure grip or not but you'll want to match the tire height with the rear tires if you do. That's gonna be the tallest tire that will fit in the well. I did a little dremel work on the hub bore, it was a couple mm's too small for the DoctorDiff hubs. Nothing major though, especially for a spare.

It doesn't sit perfectly even with the trunk floor, the center of the rim sticks up just a little because of the curvature on the spokes. They do have a steel rim spare for the G35's as well that's a smaller rim diameter. I needed the 17" aluminum version because of my 13" rotors.

With some research on the internet and input from fabo members I chased down a solution. Went to my local wreckers and found a donut spare from a 2002 charger : 135/90D17 with 5x4 1/2 " bolt pattern. It measures 26" across and fits perfectly into the spare tire well . Also fits perfectly front/rear and clears calipers etc. Slightly taller than my front tire but same height as the rears. $10 , brand new never been on a car.

Now I wonder if there is a small pattern solution? I think my Chrysler is 5x100mm, maybe it could be modified for 5x101.6 or 5x4. usually there is a center diameter problem.
