Anyone having any luck getting thru to this circus. they put you on hold and say 2 or 5 min wait and 25 min later, they tell you to leave your name and number, they will call you back. RIGHT. WHAT A CIRCUS SO FAR.
 
Haven't tried to call but my orders are slowly trickling in. Second one to arrive tomorrow.
 
got my stuff already, didn't try to call them.
 
Ordered mine on BF, shortly after midnight. have not heard a damn thing. Parts were in stock.

did you get the email saying your order was placed? Then a follow up email saying it's been shipped? That's what I got, 2 emails over about 3 days. Got my stuff yesterday, and I'm in IL.

I got the emails confirming the order etc, then my first shipment a few days later. Second should be here tomorrow, now I'm waiting on the third which is for my 190CC CNC bare heads.
 
Ordered an intake a year ago on their Black Friday sale. The intake was a dud with horribly shaped ports and it was a shitshow trying to get it returned. Stanislov, Dmitri, or whatever the f his name was didn't know his head from his ***. All i wanted was a replacement but got a refund instead and by that time the sale was over. Then they sent me someone elses aluminum rockers and i had to take my time to call them and send them back as well. Should have kept them for all the time i wasted trying to communicate with them. Not sure if their managment sucks or they just can't find competent people. They don't seem to be the most honest company if you look up their history.

 
My order took a couple months to recieve last year after multiple phone calls. This year I surprisingly got them within a week.

To the OP. I've bought sometimes from these guys with great success.

I did have one nightmare return. I suggest using email as it creates a trail. I also used the phone but I logged the date and time for each call, who I talked to, what they said and what I said.

That said, I recognize I'm paying a low price for a product of decent-or-better quality. There's a reason they are cheap, and junk customer service is toward the top of that list. Be persistent, and document, document, document.
