spring relo kit?

whats this i hear about the spring perches not being the right ones?am i wrong or what?

The ones in my kit were correct. I just put them in last month.

new kits have the correct spring perch holes ,older sets are too large ,and easy fix is to : get a piece of 3/8 steel pipe (the smallest they got as you only use the ends) cut 5/8 from each end and tap them from the bottom .then weld them from the back side. i welded both sides. then grind them flat and drill them to 1/2 inch. they fit perfectly.

How can you tell?
I picked up a set still in the box at a swap meet and want to make sure there the newer ones.

If they have a 1/2" hole there the correct one's, 5/8" hole there the old one's.
