Spring relocation question

If I relocate my springs will the exhaust come out in the stock location?This would be on a 68 Barracuda with the exhaust cutouts in the rear valance and factory tips.I plan on using 2 1/2'' exhaust.
Also would a 295x60x15 tire fit without cutting the wheel housings?

I don't think so... on my 72 Duster the leaf springs occupy the area where the pipes would normally go so for now they dump in front of the rear axle WHICH I HATE, but once I find a "real" tube bender I'll fix that!
