I have these same springs on my 71 Demon NHRA stocker and the car sits level side to side.
 
How bad is the side to side tilt with these? Thinking about them for a street car.
I have seen dusters and other A and B bodys where you cant tell they have ss springs. When I posted pics after install, others chimed in on how high theirs was too. Some buy 2 of the same side springs to eliminate the lean. The lean didnt bother me. I couldn't get the shackle geometry correct on the pass side that unloaded and nicely dented the trunk pan and severed my negative battery cable. That was the last straw for me. The cal tracs seem to sit well and shackles sit towards the rear as they should.
 
Yes they will fit. I have used the front and rear stock brackets with SS springs.

If your current springs use 1/2” front spring eye bolts, you will need to drill front bracket to accept the 5/8” bolts needed for the installed spring bushing. You will also need the 5/8” bolts.
