If you are bending/flaring your own. Instead of renting the crappy flaring tool at Autozone that may or may not give you good flares. Spend the money and get one of these, I've never had a flare that was anything less than perfect with it. There is currently a $10 off deal if you subscribe to their emails too.

I don't. I use nickle copper. I was only referencing a hydraulic flare tool. This one does SS. Some hydraulic ones don't.Sorry , didn't try to say use copper.

Here are instructions for a swaglok bender. Similar design benders work the same way. If you are going to pre-plan the run, you just need to work from one end all the way down the tube, i.e., start at left and work to the right. This video will describe what I'm talking about.
