Starter is about a year old and battery tests fine. When I try to start I just get a continuous clicking sound coming from the starter. Any ideas? What can I bypass to get this thing started? How do you bypass a relay exactly?

Thanks in advance.

Do you have a way to test the battery? like a load tester?

Check the obvious...clean and tighten all terminals...

The relay is on the fender near the battery but it sounds like you either don't have a full charge or you have a bad connection somewhere.
You need to load test the battery. If you don't have a load tester you can carry it down to your local auto parts store...they can test it and probably/possibly charge it for free if it's just drained and if you don't have a charger.

Check the battery and connections first. If all seems ok then I'd get a voltmeter out and take a voltage measurement between the center of the + terminal on the battery and the big terminal on the starter while you're cranking it. If you're reading more than .5 volts then you have a voltage drop where you don't want it. This means you have a resistance path from the battery to the starter.
