starter question

I bought a 318 recently for my barracuda, it didnt come with a starter. I have a starter from a poly 318, my question is will the starter from a poly work on a LA 318. I think a mopar starter is a mopar starter but Im new to this.

It should work just fine but there are different starters dependant on ring gear tooth count.
