Starter wiring

I have a 68 GTS big block 4 speed, got a replacement wiring harness question I have is where do these 2 leads off the positive go?

I think you have them on the wrong end. The ends you have in your hand go to the starter relay and the ones on the starter relay now, go to the starter

No worries. There should be a metal clamp like piece attached to the firewall that it routs through

thanks for the help there was no wiring at all in the car when i got it so I'm driving blind.
 
In 67 they at on the pass front and yes there is a horn relay. Here is a bunch of 67 dart photos 68 might be a tad different but should get youn in the ball park

Great reference thank you, one thing is I was looking at the wiring diagram in the shop manual and it does not show a horn relay for 68

Look again. Plymouth manual does show it. It's inside. Power feed comes from the main splice. Power to horns is labeled H2 and connects to cavity L.
I haven't had a '68 in years so can't tell you how close that matches the actual placement.

One clue will be the ring terminal on the alternator output stud. If there is a second wire, then that's power to the horn relay like '67.
