who sells rebuilt steering boxes, just manual, for 1971 ply scamp ? or some one who rebuilds them ? its just leaking fluid

If it's just oozing some grease out, get some new seals for it. They're not too difficult to change. I like using a small dent puller with a screw tip for popping them out. If your box needs a rebuild, that's a different story. The most common failure is in the worm gear assembly and it's bearings.
