Just a thought but if you can't find the manual column, there is a DIY in the tech pages here on converting a auto shift column to the manual appearance. It looked pretty good I thought.

Manual transmission or manual STEERING? manual steering is longer than power steering. Manual transmission (or automatic on the floor) is a column with no shifter on the column.
