Last summer I put new O-rings in the power steering control valve to fix my power steering leak. Good news is it fixed the leak. Got the valve almost adjusted right, jerks just slightly to the left on startup, but it turns hard one way and easy the other way. Any ideas? Have thought of replacing the power steering box, but not sure which one I need. Forgot to add all new front suspension parts. This is on a 67 Dart GT.

Thanks
Aaron

I'm not sure what that means, "all new suspension parts". Has the car been aligned after the new suspension parts were installed? Maybe you'll need to disconnect the Pittman arm to make sure the fault is in the box, for sure.

You need to finish adjusting the valve body with the below steps to get the steering from jerking on startup and equalize the pressure. Do this with the front wheels jacked up.
