Steering wheel swap

My horn wasn't wanting to keep working so when I pulled it the wheel off to work on the wiring I tried to figure out that also. Well for some reason my little brass wheel for the horn was loosing it's ground. Cleaned with WD 40 and solved that deal. For not anyways.
