Yes I shipped a Dart grill. I packed it real well with expanding foam and all. It got destroyed on one end. I refunded the buyer and then went thru with UPS. They denied it and then I sent them detailed pictures of the care I took. They paid me. Then I sold it to another member. So in the end I made out ok.
