Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have a Hemi, she steals my Shop chair pretty regularly.

I had a Hemi of the feline variety who would sit on my lap and sleep on my pillow in bed, unfortunately he has passed years ago. Still miss him.
The Dog is Bonnie, she crossed the rainbow bridge too.

No hemi here.
First lab was (dart) Sport
Second one is Fury.
Yellow labs.

Cold night. Hopefully not so cold as the last few. -15 f right now.
Didnt run sunfire today, was just too cold.

Or you need your camera to equilibrate to the cold first. I learned with mine that even a little heat left in the camera from being in the house causes heat ripples across the lens that destroys the focus and image resolution when taking pictures of the moon.
It's 1° below outside. It shouldn't take too long. LOL

The hard part is bringing it back inside so the condensation doesn’t leave water spots on the inside of the lense or on the imaging chip. I always put it back in the insulated camera bag that was also outside equilibrating so that it would warm slowly without condensation. The bag also contained silica gel packs to absorb any moisture that condensed as it regained the heat from being back indoors.

Sounds like I will just snap a couple as best as I can and not mess with the temperature. I don't have a insulated bag yet or any desiccant.

I thought we had a tripod around here. I will have to get one. Especially taking pictures over my head. I used to hand hold a 1/4 second with b/w film. I'm not so steady some 50 years later.

I wonder how long it will take Joey to become totally sick of you and ban you from all his sites?
And I don’t push the rule envelope very often, so I doubt Im close. Knowing Joey, I’d get a not so nice PM trying me to knock whatever off.
