Stop in for a cup of coffee

Did my Neon alignment. ('toe and go' no C & C) First time I ever did one. Materials required - string, cardboard, butyl rope caulk (window sealer), 2 wrenches and a tape measure. was a PITA with th string flopping in the wind, but I have the steering wheel centered and a little bit of toe in.

I did look into the caster/camber thing a little. Seams there is NO adjustment on a stock Neon. The spindles bolt to the strut with 2 bolts. They can be changed to cammed type to give some adjustment. From what I see mine does not have them. Either way, I don't need to touch those to change the lower control arms/ball joints. So my toe adjustment should be fine for now.

Unbelievable!

Just for giggles, and thinking head to my retirement business hobby of selling artwork, t-shirts, etc. at car shows I started looking at used 18 passenger school busses and shuttle vans today. I had no idea how cheap you can get them. $10-20k In good condition. Even the full size busses aren’t much more.

Oh boy! Can we all ride in the short bus?

Well. Sorta. I just want to make it a show hauler/sleeper so I can be self contained and self sufficient at shows. Within 2 hours of here I could hit a dozen big shows per season.

I would want it to contain inventory, show set up (canopies, tables, etc) and give me a place to sleep with basic toilet/wash/eat capability. An 18 passenger bus would be a perfect size.

78* today while the Santa Anas were blowin'. Wind switched around to the prevailing NW and it dropped like a rock. Not bad for a winter day . The Honda is demanding a bath before I take him out again. He's pretty grotee.

And another...
No plans for today.
I should drag the 97 chevy in and start tearing it apart.
Have to figure out the wiring harness.
