I really don't know why I check the weather forecast.... :BangHead: :mob:
Thought I would be mowing grass this morning - wet again. I checked the other day before doing weed killer and there was no rain till later Friday. It has rained twice now! At least it held off a day after I sprayed, so that should be working...

Yeh, but not till later. So if you spray as soon as it stops today, should be OK. The stuff I have wants 2 hours before rain. I think some are good about as soon as they dry, others want a full day.

I'm with ya. I was going to start hauling the brush I cut yesterday. It's 40's, cloudy, and windy today. I don't have to get it done today.
 
Good morning. No gale or small craft warnings and 77* today. In April :eek: That's October weather :lol:. I feel a road trip to the beach coming on. Well, Ventura Speedway is literally on the beach :steering:Open wheelers + motorcicles, sounds like a good time to me.
 
Well, happy Thursday everyone. Busy Easter weekend ahead of us all. Hope everyone has a great weekend with whatever your plans are. I wanted to change the center chunk out of the 9" in my rat rod. I currently have 3.00 open rear and there is a 3.55 with Detroit Locker center sitting on the bench just waiting to go in. Doesn't look like it will be happening this weekend. Oh well....

This is for last year that he never made it... But we were wondering if we should celebrate his birthday that is coming up in September. lol
 
Really nice day here. Too bad I start work in 20 minutes. :( I did get the front yard mowed. House acrouse the street is almost down. They have been picking away at it since last week.

It was in really bad shape. Small discount grocery next to it bought the property a few years ago. Was hoping they would restore it an use it as an office, but suspect it was too far gone. Barn and other buildings are also very run down. Have not been used in years. A couple of the guys on tear down look Amish. Seems to be a fairly careful dismantling. Thinking they are taking anything they can re-use...
 
Warm here today, it hit 81*. Only going down to 70* tonight. I was hoping to get the lawn fertilizer down today, but I had to go into the office. Looks like rain for the next few days so Monday is probably my next chance.
