Good Morning Mopar Marauder's......
Another load of uneeded household crap, headed to the dump. Amazing what you can accumulate in 30+ years... I think this is the fourth load this month...

Morning Mitchell

I think I'm heading out to the garage do some cleaning on the Barracuda, car show this weekend. I just remembered I haven't put the carb tag on the Carter. Need to do that. Two weeks from today and you'll be full blast at Carlisle.
Where's your show at this weekend Craig?

Gonna be hot today guys!

It will be an up and back one day trip. Somebody opted for a long day and having Sunday to do what she wanted....probably go into work.

All right a question for the brain tank because I can't find the pic I took.
Carter carbuertor tag the yellow/goldish triangle shaped tag.
Standing at the front of the car looking at the carb there are two bolts on the right and left side of the carbuertor at basically each corner.
If I remember right the tag goes on the left rear bolt?
I know its the left side front bolt seems to be blocked by linkage.

I would bring it up to #1 TDC mark the dist. Remove distributor and note the slot orientation on the intermediate shaft. Then with long needle nose pliers and extending magnet pull the shaft. Prime the pump then put it back just in reverse order. And yes 5/16 is correct. And it’s a lot easier to do with the intake off

I have it currently sitting at TDC #1 so i will mark and remove. I have some long reach pliers that should do the trick. Thank you!!

Got wood., and chips. Mostly cherry. The bigger pile of chips in 2nd pic has a bunch of small logs in it that were already in the trailer from previous job.

Good Morning All! Raining pretty good here, good thing it's been a dry spring, river is low and fish folks are fighting with the farmers over watering crops.

The wife is on her way to a meeting at our state capital. She is driving our new Envision and is as giddy as a school girl. We paired her phone and she can talk hands free. She thinks she's so techie! (not!)

Not sure if any of these are your carb but maybe it will help. Both pics say 67 carb

Tag goes on front left screw. At least that is where all the original ones I saw were located...

Just got back really bad accident on 322 (only way out to the burg) 5 cars, some one had to die, stuck 1.5 hours, no ac in the truck either. CB works though! Other than that mission accomplished.

Got first coat on all the deck rails now. Did a bunch yesterday and just finished the last two sections. Probably do some more if I don’t melt in the heat. Already above 80 and humidity is up. Was dripping sweat in no time out there. But it’s going to be worse next couple days. Hitting 90+ each day
