Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wonder if i kept all the brackets off the 75 dodge pickup that had aftermarket a/c...
Will have to go look in the cab.

Only thing in that list that surprised me- Didn’t know they were putting that kind of power in a Jeep

I tried to get a test drive in the Hemi Cherokee when I bought my '13 Express. They were havin' none of that nonsense . "You going to buy it?" "I'm spending $33K with you right now and you're not going to let me test drive that Jeep?" I think the salesman that sold me the Express ratted me out over the "Traction Control" experiments I did in the Express .

Well, the work week is almost over. I have a conference call with our patent attorneys in Australia at 8:30 tonight and then I’m done for the week.

I spent all day putting together data and spreadsheets for them that we have to review tonight.

I hope what I did today shortens the call...lawyers love to talk.

Pissed, replaced the thermocouple in the water heater and it still doesn't work. Didn't have a problem until the utility company came out and swapped out the gas meter. Mother FuXXers!

Replaced the gas meter? It may be debris in the jet for the pilot from that replacement.

Yep probably so. Where's the jet?
Does it have an actual pilot light that is burning all the time? Is that what goes out?

If so, it is that tube that contains the jet inside. You can usually disconnect it (after turning the gas off) and blow it out backwards with compressed air. Sometimes you need to run a wire or needle down it.

It has a pilot light. I might have to give that a try tomorrow. You can manually light it and the burner works and shuts off and the pilot goes out.

Pilot shouldn’t go out. Only pilotless ones that use a piezo electric starter don’t have a pilot light.

I’m guessing that your pilot light jet is clogged and that’s why it goes out.

Thanks Dave.

First thing, Thermocouple. Does the pilot light stay on as long as the main burner is on?
Yes it does. I replaced the thermocouple. it still goes out as soon as the burner goes out.

Big storm rolling in. Warnings are out for 70 mph winds and quarter size hail.

It just turned pitch black outside.

Ruttrow!

As if it isn't muddy enough already, another monsoon sized storm really packing a punch is back again today.

Black and windy here too. Constant thunder.

Oh boy, this one in coming in hot and heavy...pea sized hail, winds and torrential rain.

The thunder sounds like the grand finale at the 4th of July display.

At least the hail quit after a couple of minutes...
