I don't know for sure. I owned a pair like that and gave them away when I got the Hellas that meet US automotive standards.
If its that model, the noticible differences were the super sharp cut-off line, and when the low beams were aimed correctly, the high beams were too high - leaving a big dark area on the road. Stern posted these isocandella diagrams of that Hella and the production Cibie (late 1990s early 2000s).

I just don't think you'll be that happy with those on a car.

But Hella does make some other models/or has, and if its one of those, its probably better.

The cat's meow for North American use is probably Cinbie's "Bobbi" lamps and their "Z-beam" lamps; both long out out of production.
The Bobbi models had a sealed housing, and used an H4 or HB2 bulb.
The Z beam had a beam that steps up on the right like the VOL and VOR patterns, instead of angling up. I've got a set but haven't put them in yet.
There's a pair of used Z-beams on e-pay now for around 270.
New genuine Cibies are about 90 each or 180 a pair in the US/Canada.

Actually worked on the pop yesterday want to pull it out. I have no idea how but I melted the petronix unit in it prob from having the key on and the engine not running. Hard to find it is in a old Mallory mechanical dual point. Have to see what I have around here now that will work in just mechanical don't want to add a box or points the wiring is set up for the petronix.

But I'll spare you the stories of headlights going out on dark Interstate highways. LOL. That was in my '75 4 door Valiant with 6014 bulbs. No melting on that one, just tripped the circuit breaker. I've got more stories, but you get the idea.
A relay system is a must for night driving with any of these higher draw bulbs.
You can make your own or buy a kit from Stern or a premade setup from Rob Yule (screen name crackedback).

The wattages are 'nominal'. Kindof like US standard pipe sizing. Maybe not that bad. More like lumber sizes. LOL
US and ECE rate the bulbs at different voltages. I don't remember the details. Stern and 'Virgil' have good info about this stuff posted in the web.

Bottom line is we don't need a super high draw bulb to get good lighting.

At the risk of information overload, having the least amount of resistance between the alternator and the headlights is also helpful in producing brighter lights.

The one student health sent me to here in Phila was/is big into not having regular visits. Straighten things out, how ever many visits that might take, and big on excercise and doing what we need to do so joints don't get knocked out of line again.
Since I had surgery and PT a few years ago, I haven't had to go there. So he was right about the excercise...
I just needed a push and a good trainer.
I agree. I do the exercise, tow hours cardio tennis four times a week.
I worked a couple trigger points and thought they were the problem.
New court shoes would probably help.
I found a bottle of muscle relaxers. I'll try those today with some stretching, and see if that helps.

Any one need led taillight bulbs and a flasher? Have some new and out of the cuda, not going back in.

I may have an old Mallory dual point distributor for a 440...

The 4 lamp systems with the smaller lamps have less room for good placement of the H4 bulb hi/low.
There's all sorts of bulb designs. You can find lamps with flat lenses, concave lenses, and convex lenses.
And then there was the Lucas Flamethrowers...

If it is in the joint, an an anti-inflamatory does help. I've used Aleve or equivalent. Try not to use it often or mix it.
The other thing is coldpacks. Just the opposite of what I used to do. But that seems to be the right move if the joint is inflammed.

LOL, no, we do not. But the Swedes made one with the face painted with the Norwegian flag, so it has become a joke. I have no idea if how many of those clocks they sold, probably some.
I love the Swedes, so I have no issues making us Norwegians sound a little silly.
After all, I have spent about 3.5 years in Sweden and like the country.

I use a very small statured Chinese lady, sometimes she crawls right up on top of me and uses her knees ( que Karl). Anyway I go once a month and she virtually eliminated my back issues. Like Rainy I speak multiple languages. She (Doctor) has been teaching me Mandarin which I am finding very difficult to learn. Be as specific as you can be when explaining your issues to bone crusher.

It's Torino Tuesday! Good morning.
As far as slantsixdan goes, I suspect he is a LED enthusiast. I am not, but I did not mean to start a discussion about which one is best. Just that in my opinion the H4 ECE lights gives a better pattern and light than the old Sealed Beam headlights, and which I prefer since I have been used to that for most of my life. After we moved to California I don't like to drive in the darkness because I do not have good headlights, but there are also other reasons my wife and I prefer to be inside the house and lock both the screen door and the door after dark.
Anyway, the reason I do not like LED lights is complicated sort of. All humans eyes have some trouble with blueish light, it sort of tend to irritate the eye. But, for some reason I have an extreme version of it. My cousin has one of these lights you have on the forehead with a strap around the head. LED, and I can not see anything with it. I do not find tools, I do not see where to work or anything. But that is very blue. The more white or beige/yellow/orange the light is, the more and better I see, but it does not go very far on the blueish side before I struggle. So, traditional LED is usually a no no for me, even the bulbs inside the house. The bulbs inside the house that gives a more "tanned" light does not last very long. Maybe like 5000 hours at the most, so they kind of become expensive. Then I am not agree with the general understanding of how much CO2 footprint a LED light gives compared to an old fashioned light bulb. In use they are favorable, but the production of semi conductor material is not at all favorable. Then, LED lights for blinkers and stop lights... well, it is not really much to gain from that since they are on for so short amount of time. The last issue is LED as headlights in some winter conditions with snow. Since LED lights give less heat, they do not melt the snow off the glass as well as the old and hot lamps do. In Norway they have had to get headlights with a heater element to fix that problem on commercial trucks because they struggle stopping everywhere to clean the glasses. I mean I have heard that the heater elements are around 50-100 watts. And for a country like Norway, in the houses, where you 90% of the time you need a light also need heating, a LED to save electricity since the houses are heated with electricity, it is just a joke.
If people want to go the LED route it is up to them. I am just stating why I do not like them too much. I actually does not need more than one reason, that I can not see with that light. It is as simple as that.
