Yeah, I’m no help here. Electrical stuff is like voodoo to me.I have bought a brand new speaker for my 1965 Dart, and it has these flat contacts for the power. One is the regular size that is used for many things in a car, while the other is very narrow. Which one is plus and which one is minus? There is no information about that in the box with the speaker. I assume maybe all speakers are like this. I would maybe assume the wide one is ground or minus.

Amazing work this guy does!
Flat head?Looks promising...View attachment 1715402431mixed sea foam, atf and some mineral spirits and doused everything. One cylinder leaked down already.
Speakers usually only have two connections, negative and positive...

. Yes, I found this one too. Seems to be the opposite of my thinking. I will test it anyway so I am sure. Thank you for your help.
To be honest, it really doesent matter. Unless its 2 or more speakers,if they are wired opposite the will be out of phase.. Yes, I found this one too. Seems to be the opposite of my thinking. I will test it anyway so I am sure. Thank you for your help.
