Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Us early birds who were here at 5am are on like cup number 4 or 5.
Hey Ray ran a part number off the inner door panel I bought a couple years ago at Carlisle. Nothing comes up so thinking it is one of those after market ones they make. It looks NOS, but doesn't fit like one. Had to trim some plastic off the bottom to fit the window crank. Its sits about a quarter inch higher than the other side but you really don't notice it.
You don't notice it unless you can see both sides at once.

Always like the Mavericks. Klingers has a ton of them up there at least 20 in all different configurations. Pretty cool to see them all at once.

It is? Well happy birthday to Karl, then!

Happy Birthday Karl !!!!!

Happy Birthday Karl. “ that’s what she said”

Happy birthday Karl!!

I just bought a water pump right down the street. Some things about Atlanta I miss.

Happy birthday Karl now get your butt over to Mopars in the Park next summer.:)

Birthday Thread, for Karl.....Happy Birthday Krazykuda

Thanks for the birthday wishes guys... I went to Eddie's and spent the day with him.... We haven't hung out for a few months and it was good to see him and his wife again...

I brought my favorite cake from our local bakery up to celebrate, a strawberry whip cream cake....

Of course Eddie had me look over the cars up there... His nephew bought a 65 Dart convertible with a stroker small block which we found many things that we want to fix...

Then we looked at Eddie's 69 Dart and found that it's overcharging... The alternator gauge constantly flickers and it's putting out over 17 Volts... One battery has already exploded on him... He's going to remove the alternator and regulator and have them tested at P&G Keene who rebuilds alternators and starters... Then we are going to look into the wiring... Found a few things that we need to look into...

Happy late birthday.

A friend had a black one with Cragar SS's back in High School. 302 and he put a intake, carb, and headers.. It ran pretty good. ANother tech school buddy had a red Comet with a 302 4 speed and a Mr GAsket Vertigate shifter. That thing was a terror and a blast to drive!

"We" bought the little gold Mustang. Had it about 2 months when my ex wife rolled it. She was alright but we ended up with a Pinto from there. Yes I used to be a Ford guy. And as a side note she wrecked EVERY car we ever had. She even went through 3 in one day...yes she did.

One of the guys up the road from here has one of these Vega pick-up conversions with a V8 in it. Same color as this one I pulled off the Internet.

Well, my plumbing job sucks as expected.... Both outside faucets are unrepairable. The newer one out back was just falling apart. I was lucky it didn't rupture and fill the wall with water. The older front one WAS rebuildable, but cant find the collar seal and the handle. It was starting to deteriorate on the shaft screw, so not worth going to extremes to find the parts. I just cut the front pipe inside and popped a SharkBite valve on it for now. Got a better replacement for the back and installed it. As expected it was a pain. lots of :mob::mad::wtf::BangHead: for a couple hours. Lol. Connecting new to old/ getting water out of the old run so it stops cooling the joint. always a challenge.
I'll have to move some stuff and get more part to do the front one another day...

Can you scavenge some parts off the old ones for the collar seal and handle????

Gloomy day ahead. i will get what i need done today. Chains and tow straps if necessary.
im going to look at a parts truck for the fargo tomorrow. Btw,i killed the voice of reason...
