It is strange for sure. Looks like a GM grill and fenders and a lot of stuff similar Mopar in the eng compartment.
Yes. The fenders and liners are GM for sure. THe firewall looks GM. I don't remember them having torsion rods for the hood.

Pretty sure '66 and 7 were flat across the front. Time to look at old brochures!

Could be. I hope you're right.
Hard to imagine they still had the torsion hood springs but I honestly don't remember the last time I had a C-barge hood open!

Yep. The hood torsion rods did it for me. So 60's Mopar! LOL
 

I guess the first question we need to ask is year, make, and model with photos to go along with it. 3 pages, 70 posts and it's a 440 in a Buick? WTF?
