Yes a ton to start in the spring and harvest is extremely labor intensive. Cant do ladders any more so I stopped it.

The brat-in-law was growing hops here before they moved to the desert. Posts, wires, drip lines, stuff all over the back yard. I don't think he's started a batch since they moved and it's been 4 years.

I had a half acre going over 150 plants. Pretty much just sold the rhizomes after a while. Good money in them.

yeah, I got some off of you but that was the year my brother decided to take a disc to where I planted them for no apparent reason

They are pretty hardy surprised they died even
oh well, in hindsight, its a good thing with the way the family deal played out. Once we're settled on a place and moved in, I'll be planting new ones along with a TON of fruit trees. Probably even fire up my hydro setup for veggies again.

Speaking of growing things for money. I took a little drive between rain showers the other day to see if there was any snow in the back country. Not far just up the hill on the other side of the ridge. There is a little area up there that at one time was THE most expensive area to buy homes in the valley. All the high rollers lived up there. Then came the winery/vineyards across the street, and that enhances the value even more. Past that it's basically Ag land although it far from flat. I get past the vineyard and thought I smelled an familiar odor. Looked at the snow on the hills, got turned around to head for the house and notice a "Security" company vehicle parked in one of the driveways and it's not coming or going. Nothing there but the screening fence that is becoming popular around farm ground around here. Then the odor returned :wtf: They're growing Weed next to the vineyard and right behind the most expensive homes in town

of course they are. Locally, they've started growing hemp on a trial basis

Good Morning. I ordered a set of the SpeedMaster stainless rocker assemblies for the 340 build. Full rollers and hoping the quality is good. The Aussies seem to be very performance oriented, have you watched the burnout contest videos...hopefully these guys make some of the parts they use.

Good Morning...finally got around to checking in. Hmm hoppy, hemp, and car parts. Usual stuff!!

Oh, ok. I didn't realize you were looking at the big block stuff. It would have been nice to get a set of them for my big block too, but I have nothing, not even stock, for the 340

Mornin yall. Today I will be putting the 51 back on the s10 chassis.......for the last time. lol

Pictures!

I have some.

Here's the 51. It's a real pile. Customer wants it on the s10 frame with NO body work whatsoever.

Here's the s10 frame with the CODE504 kit on it to accept the 51. It's a nice kit. Labor intensive, because you have to cut all the cab and bed mounts off the frame, locate and drill new holes for all the new cross members and brackets, but it's really straight forward. You can see all the new stuff. It's grey and unpainted.

I have a few more, but I have to run for now.
