Thinking meters in the bigger one and new cuda arts in the smaller roll up. Draw unit distrib parts. Tell you what those other ones I got really help getting organized on the distrib parts.

OK my slant oil pump has a long tube into the filter, all I see are ones with the shorter tube whats the difference?

Dropped mine and cracked it looking for a new one.
Ouch!
Unscrew the fitting. The tube is pressed in.
Threads for the /6 nipples are not interchangle with the v-8s.

Long tube has a something to do with something or another.

Some marine v-8s have a tube length inbetween, and some have a spring loaded one way valve in them.

I am getting good at this!

I'm trying to go to sleep but still working on the last minute changes to the small block race breakdown for next year. I am totally lost on doing a cid to elapsed time chart. Too many variables for the math to work 100%
There's a HP estimating chapter in the DC Chassis book. I have that.
Maybe Ray's thinking of the Desktop Dyno type programs. Yes I have Dynomation and the 1/4 mile program. Yup. they demand a fair amount of info. For the dyno simulation I already have baselines for 340 and 318, so its pretty easy to change cam or compression specs. for ballpark estimates. 1/4 mile program I've not really messed with - It surprised me how much info it wanted.

Standpipe - keeps the filter full of oil. Not sure how much that matters other than making a bigger mess changing oil. lol. Apparently they decided it was not needed since they changed it on later ones. Short ones can use long or short filter.

You know Chris....I am not wanting to offend you in anyway but....IF you didn't tell us everything all the time we wouldn't laugh and think good grief "I told you so" or "it's only Chris". Take me for instance no one makes more mistakes and stupid moves than me. But I usually keep it quiet until I get it figured out or corrected
