It's San Jose Saturday!
Well San Jose is close to Fremont and the old Baylands Raceway.
Parent's had friends living in Fremont in my youth, since we lived down here in the south visits meant sleepovers.
Summer Saturday nights, Brian and I camp out in the back yard so we can listen to the drag racing at Baylands.

Gooood morning!

When I lived there as a kid my parents took us to the flea market or swap, can't remember what it was called but it was a big one. Dad also took me to a drag strip, not sure if near Modesto or San Jose.

They are pretty dependable. Sucks to pull them though, helped Mike next door do his 200' needed three guys and the tractor to get it out. He needed a new foot valve only.

Wow! That's a bucket list thing for us, don't know if the Seahawks will ever get back to the S.B. Have a great time and Go Chiefs! (I can say that now since we're not both in the AFC West lol). Please give some details, you oughta have fun down there!

Is that the one that Kevin Hart Crashed ?????

Kevin Heart didn't crash it, he was just along for the ride... a friend of his was driving... :steering:

Goes to show you that you can't let just anybody drive your car.... :realcrazy:

Yeah I know, But it was just easier to say he did.....

I was working last week at Upper Baker, a hydro plant and had to drive test some radio coverage down a road my company keeps clear. It was pretty dang wet, Forrest Service was out there with an excavator trying to redirect some of the water coming down from washing the road out, good times!

Any old stuff? 1920’s or earlier. Thats where the more valuable ones are. Most of those from 40’s on can still be bought at face value or less. So many people stashed sheets of them and they keep coming out on the market. If you are collecting, they are still good clean copies, but otherwise they are postage. For those 3 and 4s, It probably cost me more to mount them on pages than they they are worth.
