I need to get one of those crimpers. Have an AMP one at work I can borrow though. Best of that type I ever used.
You can find them around 30 on flea bay. I need it on most crimps on the distribs.

The second one is like what I have. I would kill for a full DMC set but crazy money. 6-7K used.

Nice kit. Quite a few familiar designs in there.
More for aircraft cannon plugs but can do anything really. Used to have them at work, nice stuff for sure.

A good set of crimpers and a set of in removal tools can save your ***.
I really like these.
They are great also have them. Man I prob have 4-5 different crimpers, but I need them between the cars, distribs and testers.
I actually picked up a HF machinist tool box just for electrical. Need it. Hey trivia any one know why they all have mirrors on the inside lid?
For general repairs those work well. The original designs were made by Thomas and Betts. (one orange handle and one black) They are forged and not stamped steel so you can really get a good crimp.
Love those boxes but don't know about the mirror. For picking metal out of your eye?
