Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have been searching for several years now for an LED bulb that truly has the right intensity and color to match an incandecent bulb. Believe me, with my eye for color and light, it’s a hard judgement of what is suitable.

I have never found one that is just right...until now.

These are amazing! 5W LED and a near perfect match for a 45W incandescent...but better! Glare is nearly non existent and the color is spot-on. I ordered 2 on a whim and after installing them, I immediately ordered 4 more. They are all-weather dusk to dawn light sensing too, so perfect for outdoor lights where you would use a 40w bulb.

I have never seen an LED bulb this good before...ever.

The camera proves it. If the color was off even slightly, it would appear either blue or green on the shading. These are exactly the color they should be.

Just thought I would share.

While putting the air lines on my lift, found a couple of the Teflon seals to be hammered. Tried to purchase in town (Podunk), no joy. I knew I was working OT down in Kent WA and asked a guy who worked out of our fleet for any local tube shops. He gave me 2, first one had the T but the next size up. Second one, guy says "that's metric", 6.1mm or something, comes back with 2 t's, gives them to me for free. I like living in a small town but it can be frustrating when you need stuff.

Almost ready to go.

The speedometer cable turned easily but there is a small permanent bend in it. So sending the housing, cable, and the speedo to Bob's since they do it all.

Worried about the Corona virus? I’m not...and I work on fighting things like this for a living.

The more data that comes out, the more it shows that it isn’t any more virulent or deadly than the common Flu virus.

Look at this chart, 44k people infected and look at the mortality rate. People who die from it are following the same age groups and mortality levels as the Flu....except the very young who appear to be at much less risk than with the Flu. Further analysis reveals that the vast majority of the deaths are primarily in people with multiple underlying health issues just like it is with the Flu.

Perspective is everything.

Oh great. Severe thunderstorm warning and now we are getting 60 mph wind gusts and heavy sideways rain. Supposed to last another hour. Rattling the house.

I'm in the age group with the tallest bar...

I better get older fast so I can get to the smaller bars on the right...

Yeah, most of us are in the taller bar of getting it...but we have a low mortality percent too.

Getting sick is one thing...dying from it is another.

I’d rather be at a higher risk of getting it, but a lower risk of dying from it than the other way around.

Looks like the storm front has gone by, no visible damage here but the deck furniture has been substantially rearranged.

Hearing multiple sirens now, so there must be some real damage out there in other places.

There's a hot spot right near our Telecom headquarters (Kirkland WA), today's safety meeting was Webex optional. I will say I think I could beat it, but if my Mom visited me and I unknowingly passed it to her there's a good chance it would not be good. Her dad died of a pandemic (Spanish Flu).

Gyro plate special at Mickeys Gyros and Ribs Monday and Tuesday....

They give you so much meat, that I get an extra pita for it....

I had the absolute best steak fries in my life today.

So good that it gives me a small tear in the corner of my eye.

Seasoned, spicy, but not too spicy and best of all, it's a beloved spud underneath it all.

That was one sexy order of steak fries. my only regret now is not taking pictures of it all (I was too overwhelmed). I dipped a few in A-1 steak sauce and a few in this other sweet steak sauce that was there. I think im in total love with homemade steak fries. …...dang dang dang.
