Got transmission out, loaded in truck and to the city and back. 3 hour round trip.
Transmission is a heavy beast,tough to get out from under buick and under hoist. My transmission jack wouldnt go low enough.

Tell you what, Mopar Joe has done a great job with the Mopar Max show. We went to Cedar Rapids to talk about radio advertising. If it happens as big as it's looking so far it will be a real nice show. Plus we have a great support staff of sponsors, printers, graphic artists and the like.

That’s the next step. Can’t believe that’s how the factory installed the lights. Really the electrical system is sketchier than even the Polara’s. Lots of corner cutting and redneckness.
Actually, most of them I removed already just to get the lights off. The side markers I think are the only ones I haven’t removed yet. Maybe the top brake lights too. But yeah, going all weather tight and heat shrunk stuff. And led light
