I wish I had all afternoon next weekend to do a smoker full. I bet I will be busy doing other stuff. LOL

Looks like a DRY heat to me...........
I think I'll put some summer squash on the smoker. Worse that could happen is it would turn out bad. Done that before experimenting.

Lots of corn in my neighbourhood. All kinds of fresh produce. Farmers market tomorrow,a big turnout is expected. Im not going. This dam pandemic is starting to spool up, today was the highest number of cases to date in my province. As few as it may be, its getting worse, not better.
