EVERYTHING around here is Hatch Green Chiles! Good stuff. May have to try some Pueblo.Out here in Southern Colorado we have sloppers which is a cheeseburger smothered in green "pueblo" chili. It's an old tradition and the chili is named after a city here because it's been a really old rivalry between pueblo chili from the city of pueblo, Colorado and hatches green chili from Northern New Mexico.
Of course I'm biased to the pueblo chili because I'm on the Colorado side.
