I think they meant the new rules in regards to re/entering the US.

It may be different by country you’re coming from, but the US is restricting entry by making you have a negative test, results are taking between 3-7 days. During this 7 days, your quarantined.

some countries are not allowed in, England being one.
My sister cancelled their honeymoon to England for this reason
 
Morning everyone, that sucks Mitch. Cold and more wind here today. Will have to bring more coffee with me to stay warm.

If they won't let you fly into the US, just go to Cuba and get a closet door and a paddle and come in through Florida.... Just like a Cuban refugee....

You can get some more cigars while you're there....
