I like that meter, also a Simpson 260, should have bought one at a DRMO auction (surplus military).
Not much done in the shop today, did get the bushing out of my leaf spring, that sucker was in there tight! Will take the springs and shackles to powdercoat next week.
A little more effort for dinner tonight but sure tasted better than them Chicken Pot Pies!

So i quit my cholesterol meds for 3 days, and the pain in my leg is noticeably less. Go figure. 3 days. Wife noticed i wasnt limping as much.

Looking at Weather.com...They have snow forcast amounts broke down for am and pm each day. Adding all 4 up for tomorrow and Monday we are looking at 12 to 21"
We're getting dumped on right now... Streets are slippery and they say there are drifts as high as the snow plows...
Going to continue through the night into tomorrow...

My good friend in Austin called me a couple weeks ago when they had some snow... He was so happy to see snow, he broke out in tears... He grew up here in Chicago, it's been a while since he saw snow...

Yeah, the storm is coming...and no telling what it will be. Nor’easters are hard to predict and can get ugly. Might be a whimper or a solid kick in the teeth.
Food supplies are all stocked up, batteries and other essential power sources too. All 3 cars have full gas tanks and 20 lbs of salt still in inventory.
Plenty of beer and smokes too. Might as well be comfortable watching the show...

Yep, they rarely call a nor'easter right. The only accurate ‘forecast’ for these is witha yardstick when its over. Lol
