Had to drag astro van closer to shop so i can plug in block heater and battery charger. Its still pretty cold. Fingers go numb.
So, what do you guys think of using this on new Trans hump,

Then pop rivet it in, from the bottom, so heads are on underside?

Or just weld it? With this sealer? Worried heat will degrade its performance...

I think the factory did spot welds through the stuff, but I don't think it's gonna hold up to mig heat. I did small welds with skips in between on my floor pans. Then used the Dynatron inside and use Black Jack Neoprene underneath. Much stickier and flexible... Both are paintable.
Going to weld it with sealer.....Easier to weld....
Morning everyone, more snow overnight and colder this morning. Makes the coffee fast that much better.

That round of snow is done and cleaned up. About 4" of fluffy snow with an inch of sleet on top. Might see a little mor between now and tomorrow morning, but not likely to total more than 2'. Traffic is starting to move better. Near time to go to work...

Astro van. No fuel. Pump is bad. Thankfully he filled it with gas.

I gotta call bs on that salesperson... His batteries are not as good as the originals if they don't last as long, period...
You should have smelled the ones I had the other day.... Egg salad sandwich and some onions later on.... Even I could hardly stand the smell myself...
