I take a 1/2 viagra every morning. Keeps me from peeing on my shoes...
 
Craig, if you like the new place jump on it. With the price of money being so low Jodi is seeing a lot of velocity and super short times on market if the place is listed anywhere near fair. The last couple places she liked by the time she got done doing the market research they were sold. Love the tall roof line, that means storage or a spare room up above, with very little effort.

Yep the seller has already moved decided to sell not listing it if she can avoid it. That sound great if it all works out. Oh the house is also still has all the furniture and if we bought and saw something we really liked can offer on that also. Maybe some bigger pieces?? We'll see, but yes no waiting it will sell quick in this location.

The cool thing if we bought is to do all we wanted to the new place including the garage, before we moved in. The basement in this house was never finished. That's nice be able to do what we wanted with the design, and like you said John, money is cheap right now.

Money is cheap. I think our loan on the roof and son's house was a tick less than 2.5%.

Jodi just closed on another little parcel in Lincoln last week. She is going to split it into thirds and flip it. Most everything decent is selling by owner. Real estate agents are going the way of the photo hut with an eight track player.
 
Good Morning folks, wifey and I are leaving tomorrow morning for Eastern Oregon to pick up a hood for the Duster. Our fellow Coffee crew member @71340Duster aka Rich offered me one he had for just the cost of shipping. We soon found out shipping from his neck of the woods in Washington was not going to be an option, but his sister and BIL were in town for a visit and took it home with them in Oregon. How cool is that! Anyway, it’s a 6.5 hour trip so we’re heading out early! This coffee shop and it’s patrons come through again! Thanks Rich and family!

Or the obligatory glass of iced tea our man of mystery who is MIA always has. Mitchey San is MIA. In theory shouldn’t she have fetched him by now? Can’t believe she has anything to offer we don’t? Quick wit, emotional support, appreciation for his car, gunner has more likes than anyone, I mean what is she offering? Why has he tossed us like old news? ......... Oh that.

Raisin pie to Rich! This group is the best. We could do a whole thread on the stuff that was sold for a beer or a hot dog or simply the freight. Great group!
