Not sure yet. The airbag on the passenger side deployed and it ripped the independent suspension pretty bad on that side. Just trying to plan if it is. I will say my car performed great. I hardly knew I was hit except for being spun around. She didn't even swerve to miss me and never hit the brakes. Someone even said it looked like she had a death wish and was headed for me. I was out of the intersection and in the cross walk of the other street when she hit me

Sounds like a 50/50 fault case to me. In such yellow to red light crashes here in Indiana, if the driver makes no attempt to slow at a yellow or red and someone turns in front of them, it’s automatically at minimum 50/50 fault. Not sure how it is in PA though

It sounds more like they 'executed' the resident, not the warrant...

And you should know by now not to depend on the news for the facts.
Funny how there is usually more to the story, and rarely will they (news) correct their statements.
